Primary data was collected from 150 respondents using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using simple percentage analysis. The findings indicate that cost reduction and efficiency remain the dominant strategic focus, while digitalization, sustainability, and risk management are gaining importance. In today’s global economy, supply chain management (SCM) is critical for the efficient flow of goods, services, information, and finances from suppliers to consumers. Traditional supply chains emphasized cost reduction and operational efficiency, but globalization, digital transformation, and recent global disruptions have shifted focus toward resilience, sustainability, and strategic adaptability. Events such as pandemics, trade conflicts, and transport disruptions have exposed vulnerabilities in conventional supply chains, prompting organizations to adopt more robust strategies.
