Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing a variety of fields, including education. This article investigates how AI technologies are altering teaching and learning practices. It investigates advantages such as tailored learning, automation, and increased accessibility, as well as drawbacks like as data privacy and less human engagement. The study indicates that, while AI provides tremendous benefits, proper application is required to enhance its usefulness.

Introduction

The text explains the growing role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education and how it is transforming teaching and learning processes. AI is being used to improve learning experiences, automate administrative tasks, and provide data-driven insights to enhance educational outcomes.

The literature review shows that AI-powered tools such as intelligent tutoring systems and chatbots can adapt to individual student needs and improve learning efficiency. However, concerns are also raised that excessive dependence on AI may reduce critical thinking and human interaction in education.

The study uses a qualitative approach based on secondary data from journals, research papers, and online sources to analyze AI’s impact in education.

AI applications in education include personalized learning, where systems adapt content to student performance; intelligent tutoring systems that provide 24/7 support; automation of administrative tasks like grading and attendance; improved accessibility through assistive technologies such as speech-to-text and translation tools; data-driven decision-making for predicting student performance; and immersive learning experiences using VR and AR.

The advantages of AI include improved learning efficiency, personalized education, reduced teacher workload, and higher student engagement. However, challenges such as data privacy concerns, high costs, dependence on technology, and reduced human interaction remain significant limitations.

Overall, the text concludes that AI has greatly enhanced education but should be used alongside traditional teaching methods rather than replacing human educators.

Conclusion

Artificial Intelligence is a powerful tool in modern education. While it offers numerous benefits, its challenges must be addressed carefully. Future education systems should aim to integrate AI responsibly to improve learning outcomes.
