The real estate sector has rapidly shifted towards digital platforms, making property search more accessible than before. However, users still face several challenges such as unreliable information, poorly structuredlistings, andlimitedpersonalization. Introduction
The paper presents PrimeEstate, a modern AI-powered property discovery platform designed to improve the online real estate search experience. It addresses limitations in existing property platforms such as cluttered interfaces, poor organization of listings, limited personalization, and lack of intelligent assistance, which often make property searching time-consuming and inefficient.
To solve these issues, PrimeEstate introduces a clean, user-friendly interface combined with intelligent interaction features such as voice and chat-based search. Users can describe their property needs naturally, and the system uses AI to understand intent and return relevant listings. The platform is built using modern technologies including React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Supabase, with the Web Speech API enabling voice input and output.
The literature review highlights that while platforms like MagicBricks, NoBroker, and Housing.com provide basic filtering and listing services, they still lack natural interaction, real-time intelligence, and seamless user experience. Existing systems are often manual, cluttered, and not personalized, motivating the need for smarter solutions.
The system architecture follows a layered design consisting of a frontend interface, voice module, AI-based query processing module, backend services (Supabase), and a database for real-time property data. The workflow processes user input (text or voice), interprets intent using AI, retrieves relevant listings, and displays results dynamically. Key modules include property management, search and filtering, verification of listings, and voice/AI interaction.
In results and discussion, the system demonstrates improved usability through a clean interface, card-based property listings, and advanced filtering options. Voice-based interaction enhances accessibility, allowing users to search naturally. Performance testing shows fast response times (under 2 seconds), smooth navigation, and efficient real-time data retrieval.
A comparison with existing platforms shows that PrimeEstate offers significant improvements in AI assistance, verification, real-time updates, voice interaction, and overall usability.
