Introduction
Modern lifestyles have disrupted our natural rhythms, leading to increased lifestyle diseases like obesity, diabetes, and fatigue. While conventional medicine treats symptoms, it often overlooks root causes. This paper suggests healing through raw, plant-based foods, which provide enzymes, fiber, minerals, and antioxidants that aid detoxification and regeneration.
Scientific studies and traditional systems like Ayurveda support the benefits of raw diets, which improve blood pressure, insulin resistance, and inflammation. Raw foods retain enzymes destroyed by cooking and promote digestion, immunity, and body alkalinity.
The research is based on the author’s personal journey in an urban environment: observing pesticide use, growing herbs, adopting foraging and permaculture principles, and transitioning to a raw diet with natural lifestyle practices like sun exposure and circadian eating. Over four months, the author recorded improvements without supplements or medication.
Results showed hormone balance restoration, especially normalized testosterone levels, better sleep, mood, and vitality—achieved solely through raw food and natural living.
