Resume Genics is a website that helps job seekers to create a fabulous resume. Nowadays, hundreds or thousands of people apply for one job vacancy so you should create such a resume which can be easily selected. This website increases the percentage of selection and makes it better by converting into professionals. In this websites use algorithms and machine learning to automate the scanning, analyzing, and ranking of resumes?against job requirements. Resume Genics will give better format and templates and use professional language and also reduce the human errors. It will receive the resume as input and process it and provide a score or ranking to identify how much candidate is qualified and make it?easier for the recruiter to shortlist applicants. It helps the job seeker to get his dream job and qualify the resume selecting process into the dream company.

Introduction

Need and Purpose:
Resumes are crucial for job seekers as they represent one’s professional identity and capabilities. However, many resumes get rejected by Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) due to formatting issues, lack of relevant keywords, and poor grammar, making it difficult for candidates—especially freshers—to pass initial screening. Resume Genics aims to solve this by helping users create ATS-compliant resumes and evaluate their resume’s effectiveness.

ATS systems often reject resumes before a human even sees them due to strict algorithmic criteria. Resume Genics provides unique resume templates, keyword optimization, and an analysis tool that scores resumes on ATS compatibility, thus improving chances of selection.
