In today\'s competitive academic and professional environment, students often lack personalized guidance in learning, resume optimization, and placement readiness. \"SkillSprint AI\" is an innovative, AI-powered platform that addresses this gap by offering tailored roadmaps, AI-driven resume analysis, real-time skill tracking, and aptitude + coding preparation. Through a structured questionnaire, the AI analyzes students\' strengths and weaknesses to generate customized learning paths. With features like ATS-based resume scoring, a DSA practice tracker, coding platform, and analytics dashboard, SkillSprint empowers students to pursue their career goals efficiently. This paper surveys the technological and educational significance of SkillSprint, its implementation, and its potential to revolutionize placement preparation.

Introduction

SkillSprint is an AI-powered platform designed to address inefficiencies in traditional placement preparation by providing personalized learning roadmaps, real-time progress tracking, and resume optimization tailored to industry standards. It begins with a smart assessment to identify students’ strengths and weaknesses and generates a customized path covering coding, aptitude, and resume building. The platform features an ATS resume analyzer, aptitude practice modules, and an integrated coding tracker with analytics.

The literature survey highlights related AI applications in personalized learning, virtual assistants, AI-driven resume optimization, and chatbot-supported self-regulated learning, all aligning with SkillSprint’s approach.

The system uses a MERN-based architecture with Django backend and AI tools like OpenAI GPT, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
