Introduction
The study introduces Buzz Reels, a platform designed to improve collaboration between brands, content creators, and viewers in the growing short-form video marketing ecosystem. While platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok enable creator-driven marketing, they lack structured workflows for campaign management, content approval, and collaboration. This often leads to inefficiencies, poor communication, inconsistent brand messaging, and missed opportunities.
Buzz Reels addresses these issues by providing a unified platform where businesses can create promotional campaigns, creators can submit branded reels, and viewers can access approved promotional content. The platform offers a structured workflow that includes campaign posting, creator applications, content submission, review, approval, and publication. This improves transparency, accountability, and content quality.
The system follows a three-layer architecture:
Presentation Layer – Interfaces for businesses, creators, and viewers.
Data Layer – Manages databases, file storage, and session handling.
The platform includes three main modules:
Business Module: Allows brands to create campaigns, review submissions, provide feedback, and monitor performance.
Creator Module: Enables creators to discover opportunities, apply for campaigns, upload reels, and track approvals.
Viewer Module: Provides curated access to approved promotional content with options for browsing, engagement, and recommendations.
Compared with existing platforms, Buzz Reels combines hiring, content creation, approval workflows, and content distribution within a single ecosystem, reducing reliance on multiple applications. The prototype is developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, with secure authentication and scalable architecture.
Expected benefits include improved campaign coordination, faster approvals, better communication, higher transparency, enhanced content quality, and a more organized viewing experience. Future enhancements include cloud integration, AI-based creator-brand matching, and AI-powered content moderation to further increase efficiency and scalability. Overall, Buzz Reels aims to create a reliable, structured, and efficient environment for promotional content management and collaboration.
Conclusion
The structured, role-based creation of promotional reels is available at Buzz Reels. The platform brings businesses, cre-ators, and viewers together as a single ecosystem, addressing key issues in current content-sharing platforms.

Short-form video is a dominant way of digital interaction, and platforms that allow for organized interaction are becom-ing increasingly valuable, like Buzz Reels.
