Only primary data is used that is collected through Questionnaire.
The targeted population is employees in one of the leading hospital Coimbatore.
B. Sample Size
The sample size for the study is 100 employees.
The obtained data was analyzed through simple percentage analysis and the collected data was correlated to establish relationship between two independent variables.
The above chart show that 92% of them are male, 27% of them have studied UG, 12% of them are working as an administration staff, 5% of employees have experience more than 5 years.
The above chart show that 100% of the employees agreed that they don’t receive training class.
In the following interpretation, H denotes “Hypothesis”.
H0: There is no correlation between training classes provided by hospital and safety at workplace.
H1: There is correlation between training classes provided by hospital and safety at workplace.
From the above table, the significant value is 0.002, which is lesser than 0.005, hence we reject H0 and accept H1. Thus, we prove that there is correlation between training classes provided by hospital and safety at workplace.
It is evident from the analysis that 100% of the employees agreed that they don’t receive training class.
It is evident from the analysis that 19% of them are known to handle chemical substances and 81% of them are not handling chemical substances.
The correlation tables concludes that the significant value is 0.002, which is lesser than 0.005, hence we reject H0 and accept H1. Thus, we prove that there is correlation between training classes provided by hospital and safety at workplace.
Proper training should be provided to each and every employee who all is working in the organization.
The raw material which is provided to the employees should be used properly and regularly.
